These 2 specimens were found beached on the Atlantic coast of Portugal. My guesses are: 1) Mitra cornicula? (ca. 30mm) http://www.gastropods.com/6/Shell_2246.html 2) Euspira guillemini? (ca 15mm) http://www.idscaro.net/sci/04_med/class/fam3/species/natica_guill1.htm Can someone confirm these 2 guesses? Or are they wrong? Many thanks, Mike 1) ![]() ![]() 2) ![]() ![]() --Last edited by mikede on 2008-02-14 12:00:45 -- |
