Hi!

I'm not sure if this is a cypraea eglantina or arabica. It says eglantina but the base is very different with few very dark spots on the margins and dark base. I find it unique. 62mm from palawan Philippines.

I used a cellphone camera to take the pictures. The color is actually dark brown.

The second one is a Cypraea arabica for me. The base is typically flat and colored.

The first one is difficult to say as it is subadult. it looks more like an arabica for me, but I am not sure !

Remember that arabica cowrie can be easily distinguished from histrio and eglantina by its base. arabica has always a flat base.
